A:Classification by Purpose:

Motor control cabinets: Mainly used to control the starting, stopping, forward and reverse rotation, speed regulation and other operating states of motors. They have protection functions such as overcurrent, overload and undervoltage, and can ensure the safe and stable operation of motors. They are widely used in various industrial equipment, such as fans, water pumps, compressors, etc.

Frequency converter control cabinets: Control the speed regulation of motors through frequency converters to achieve energy saving and precise speed adjustment. They can automatically adjust the operating frequency of motors according to actual working conditions, and are suitable for occasions with high requirements for motor speed regulation, such as automated production lines, elevators, etc.

D: Classification by Protection Level:

IP20 control cabinets: With a relatively low protection level, they are suitable for indoor environments and can prevent objects larger than 12.5 mm from entering, such as fingers or other similar objects. They are generally used in places with low environmental requirements, such as ordinary workshops.

IP54 control cabinets: They have the functions of dust prevention and protection against water intrusion. They are suitable for general industrial environments, such as factory workshops, warehouses, etc., and can prevent dust from entering and water splashing from all directions.

IP65 control cabinets: With a relatively high protection level, they have the functions of dust prevention and protection against the intrusion of large waves or water jets from water spray holes.
